Description: This CLE will focus on issues related to the Minnesota Environmental Rights Act. Topics that will be discussed and analyzed include legislation, historical documents, recent case developments, and an analysis of analogous laws in other states. The program will cover the history of MERA, litigation through the years, deference, and a review of case law from other states with similar environmental law.
