Description:	The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office Annual All-Day CLE convenes legal practitioners, government officials, and scholars for a focused examination of federal accountability and the rule of law. This full-day program highlights key legal developments shaping the national landscape through expert-led sessions on civil rights litigation, federal funding risks, and emerging trends in administrative law. Attendees will also explore constitutional issues, including the Tenth Amendment, along with practical insights into federal grand jury practice and the role of the Department of Justice. The program concludes with a forward-looking discussion on election protection and integrity ahead of the 2026 and 2028 election cycles.
