Minnesota Attorney General’s Office named Top Workplace USA for 3rd year in a row

AGO has been named a Star Tribune Top Workplace for 3 years in a row as well

March 20, 2024 (SAINT PAUL) – Today, Attorney General Keith Ellison announced that the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has been named one of the United States’ Top Workplaces in 2024 by USA Today  for the third year in a row, having previously won the award in both 2023 and 2022. The AGO has also been named a Star Tribune Top Workplace in Minnesota in 20232022, and 2021.

“Part of my job as Attorney General is building and maintaining a culture of inclusion and transparency in my office,” said Attorney General Ellison. “Creating such a positive work environment allows me to recruit and retain the best and brightest people to help Minnesotans afford their lives and live with dignity, safety, and respect. I am tremendously grateful to all my colleagues for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to service. Working alongside such fine people every day is truly a privilege. This recognition belongs not to me, but to them.”

To be eligible for the Top Workplace designation, a workplace must be nominated by an employee and a workplace must administer a survey to employees with a minimum response rate of 35%. The response rate of employees of the Attorney General’s Office to the survey was 72%.
