Attorney General Ellison issues consumer alert to veterans and families about Trajector Holdings Chapter 11 bankruptcy
Consumers have until October 31 to file proof of claim in bankruptcy
October 16, 2026 (SAINT PAUL) — Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison released the following consumer alert on how Minnesotans — particularly military veterans and their families — can protect themselves in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Trajector Holdings, LLC. Trajector Holdings, LLC and its affiliated entities describe its services as assistance to veterans and individuals with disabilities in pursuing and submitting government VA disability benefits.
Trajector Holdings, LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
On July 23, 2026, Trajector Holdings, LLC filed for bankruptcy (case #26-03286), in the federal U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division. Although a Chapter 11 bankruptcy is a “business restructuring,” the Attorney General’s Office does know what the outcome of the bankruptcy will be.
Steps to Protect Yourself
Who should file: Veterans, their families, or anyone who paid for services and believes Trajector Holdings, LLC, owes them money should file a claim in bankruptcy.
What to do:
- Complete a proof of claim form. You can submit an electronic proof of claim on the website of the claim administrator, Verita Global, at https://www.veritaglobal.net/trajector, then clicking the link “Submit Electronic Proof of Claim (ePOC)”. There is also information on the website about how to submit a paper claim form. Remember to include in your claim submission the amount you believe you are owed, along with supporting documents, such as receipts, contracts, payment records, and correspondence.
- Preserve your records. Keep copies of all receipts, invoices, and documents related to the services you paid for.
- Submit the claim by the October 31, 2026 deadline.
Why it matters: Veterans, their families, or consumers who miss the deadline may lose the right to share in any distribution from the bankruptcy estate. Filing a claim does not guarantee payment, and a monetary distribution, if any, depends on the outcome of the case. Consumers with questions about the claims process can contact the claims agent at (888) 249-2695.
The Attorney General’s Office cannot provide legal advice to individual consumers about their claims.
