The Office is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Supervisor in the IT Division of the Office. The IT Infrastructure Supervisor supports the mission of the Office by overseeing the daily operations and management of the Office’s network/systems and cybersecurity teams. Incumbents supervise technical staff, ensuring the maintenance and optimization of hardware, software, and networks, and managing IT projects to meet organizational goals. Incumbents play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on system security, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Incumbents collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs, recommend improvements, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Incumbents must have superb customer service skills and a passion to create a culture of excellence in IT. Incumbents must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position reports to the IT Division Manager.
